I’m currently the Head of IT Operations for a well known long haul travel company. In my role I’m responsible for infrastructure and support, as well as shaping and delivering IT strategy. I have been working in IT since 1994 and during that time have led global teams and worked in Europe, North America and Asia.
My main aim with this blog is to share some of my experiences, issues faced and the solutions found. I hope you find them of use.
